Colin Kaepernick has quietly parted ways with his luxury New York City estate.

The former NFL quarterback recently sold his longtime Tribeca condo, closing the deal at approximately $2.82 million, according to property records. The final price landed below the $3.21 million he paid when he purchased the residence in 2016, marking the end of an era tied closely to a pivotal chapter in his life.

Kaepernick bought the condo inside One York, a boutique Tribeca building designed by architect Enrique Norten, just months before his decision to kneel during the national anthem drew global attention. That moment shifted his football career and cemented his role as a prominent voice in athlete activism.

The downtown apartment spans about 1,733 square feet and features a flexible two to three-bedroom layout. A dedicated home office can easily convert into an additional bedroom. The unit opens into a foyer that leads to an open living and dining space, anchored by a sleek chef’s kitchen with glass-front cabinetry.
