Comedian Karlous Miller has found himself in hot water after sharing an artificial intelligence photo of himself alongside Martin Luther King Jr. at a riot.
In the now-deleted post, Miller uploaded the image to Twitter with the caption, “Don’t let Bernice see this one,” aimed at Dr. King’s daughter, Bernice King.
Outside of the photo being criticized, Miller’s timing with the image couldn’t have been worse, seeing as though Bernice recently called out rapper Sexyy Red for also sharing an artificial intelligence photo of herself with Dr. King. However, in Sexyy Red’s case, the picture portrayed the two inside a nightclub, which Bernice deemed as “distasteful.”
“This is intentionally distasteful, dishonoring, deplorable, and disrespectful to my family and my father, who is not here to respond himself because he was assassinated for working for your civil and human rights and to end war and poverty. Please delete,” Bernice wrote.

Unlike Miller, Red quickly apologized for her actions and deleted the post. Meanwhile, Miller also deleted the image but chose to entertain the backlash in his typical comedic way. When one person suggested that comedians are immune to consequences, Miller responded to the statement, saying, “When was the last time you saw a comedian offended by some s**t.”

Another user attempted to “flip the script” on Miller and mentioned finding a picture of his grandmother, which he claimed, “My grandma ain’t got no pictures, she thought pictures took your soul. Some old country a** Mississippi sh*t. You wouldn’t understand.”
Nonetheless, Bernice has repeatedly made it clear that she would prefer for people to not make false images including her father but as of now, Miller doesn’t seem to be bothered by the backlash or the previous statements made by the activist.
