The Kardashian Klan is apparently in the middle of new legal issues, after #KhloeKardashian allegedly threw a fit in Dubai, #theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports.
Apparently, Khloe was unhappy with the setup of her exhibition for her make-up line promotion in Dubai. According to reports, the youngest Kardashian sister allegedly started screaming and cursing at her business partners and things supposedly got so bad that the company cancelled her scheduled appearance.
Here is how it all started-
In the beginning of this month, Haven Beauty filed documents for a restraining order and detailed the incident in #Dubai. According to theJasmineBRAND, the documents revealed repeated breach of contract by the Kardashians.
The sisters made a deal with the company granting Haven exclusive rights to their likeness and name for cosmetic products, however, the Kardashians reportedly promoted other makeup brands despite their deal.
The contract breaches include refusal to promote on social media and failure to make appearances, with the exception of the disastrous appearance in Dubai, reports state.
Haven wanted courts to grant them a restraining order to prevent the sisters from trashing their own brand in the press.
If you recall, the sisters were sued for not posting about “Kardashian Beauty,” which Hillair Capital invested $10 million in. Earlier this month, Haven Beauty, which is owned by Hillair Capital, began selling products without the Kardashian’s approval.
According to theJasmineBRAND, a rep for the sisters responded claiming the Kardashians had nothing to do with the makeup line. Then, the company slapped the sisters with a Federal lawsuit demanding an injunction against Kardashian klan from slandering the makeup line in the media.
The injunction was rejected and Haven Beauty filed more documents, explaining that if the courts don’t help them, their business will suffer.
Both parties will soon go before the judge to argue their case.
