Costco has announced a recall of its Kirkland Signature “Severe Cold and Flu Plus Congestion” medication, citing potential contamination issues. The recall applies to products sold between October 30 and November 30, 2024, with Lot Code P140082.

The retail giant described the move as a precautionary measure after LNK International, the manufacturer, identified a batch that may contain foreign material. LNK, based in Hauppauge, New York, specializes in producing over-the-counter pharmaceuticals for private labels.
