After a longstanding legal battle over allegations of sexual assault, #BillCosby has been convicted in an incident that occurred more than a decade ago in his Cheltenham, Pa. home.
On Thursday, after 14 hours of deliberations, a Pennsylvania jury convicted the legendary comedian on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and raping Andrea Constand. The verdict came almost a year after the initial trial ended in a mistrial.

Although Constand is the only victim whose claims led to criminal charges, many other alleged victims cried in the courtroom after the verdict. Now, Cosby is facing possible imprisonment as each count carries a prison term of up to 10 years. However, the judge can still impose the sentencing time concurrently, which means he could serve all the sentences at the same time.
