An Arizona couple struck a plea deal on charges related to the deaths of their two kids and their niece, who were killed when the pair tried to drive through raging floodwaters in 2019.
Daniel and Lacy Rawlings were slapped with numerous charges after they ignored barricades and tried to plow a military-style truck.
The couple and other family members ended up needing to be rescued, but their truck was swept away, and the three children drowned.
According to the Associated Press, Daniel, who was driving, will plead guilty to manslaughter and child abuse charges, while his wife Lacey will plead to child abuse charges.
