A couple has gone viral after a video of them plunging 25 feet to the ground took the internet by storm. Luckily, their injuries are not critical.

In the shocking clip, Olga Volkova and Yevgeny Karlagin are seen tussling on the second-floor balcony of their St. Petersburg, Russia home. As the two argued, neither seemed to notice that there was a flaw in the railing. They both smashed into the barrier during the altercation, which gave way, sending both of them tumbling to the concrete 25 feet below the building.
The two were taken to a hospital and are said to have suffered “serious injuries.” Despite both receiving broken bones, the couple, who share a young son, is expected to survive.
A witness named Denis walked with a colleague when he saw the pair arguing at around 10:00 a.m. and began filming.
“I was walking with my colleague and filming the historic street view. I noticed the row and began to shoot when this happened. Someone with medical experience was nearby and checked their pulses, saying they had both survived,” Denis told the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper.
The St. Petersburg state prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into whether the balcony was in poor condition, which could lead to charges. The building is located in the historical center of St. Petersburg and dates back to 1833.
