Court Official Claims Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J Are Hiding Their Baby From The Courts

Amidst the custody battle between Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J over 10-month-old Bonnie Bella, a guardian appointed to protect Bonnie has reportedly filed documents against the former couple accusing the two of hiding their baby girl from the courts, TMZ reports.

In documents obtained by TMZ, the guardian claims she’s been asking the former couple to tell her where Bonnie is located, but she hasn’t gotten a response. Apparently, on Sept. 24th, she demanded the two to bring Bonnie to a specific location, so that she could document her well being, but neither parent showed up.

TMZ reports that the guardian said Joseline was a no show at traffic court on the same day, and she’s become very worried about baby Bonnie. In addition, she claims Bonnie may be in Miami with her mother, which would be a violation of the court order that requires her to remain in Fulton County, TMZ states. As a result, a judge as ordered the former couple to provide Bonnie’s whereabouts or else.
