An evidentiary hearing surrounding the case is a social media model accused of killing her boyfriend will take place Tuesday.
Courtney Clenney, 26, aka Courtney Tailor, who is widely known on Instagram and has more than 2 million followers on the platform, is charged with second-degree murder with a deadly weapon. She is accused of fatally stabbing Christian Toby Obumseli at One Paraiso in April.
She has pleaded not guilty, CBS News reported.
Prosecutors are expected to present evidence against Clenney, which will help the judge decide what will be and will not be given to the jury.
That evidence includes crime scene photos, the murder weapon, and a timeline before and after she stabbed Obumseli.
Prosecutors may also submit an elevator video that shows the model hitting her then-boyfriend two months before his death, with the intention that she was abusive towards him before his death. However, Clenney’s lawyer said the video is irrelevant and claims she was the one being abused.
Apparently, domestic violence was constant in the couple’s two-year relationship.
According to the arrest warrant, “One Paraiso security documented so many incidents of arguing, including complaints from tenants two floors above, that the building’s management was moving towards legal action to evict the couple.”
Clenney’s trial is set for December 19th.

They need to throw her under the bus. She went to that cushy rehab in Florida to save face. He should’ve been left her. White privilege as usual.
