People are quick to say women and gold diggers are the ones causing Ballers to go broke but in my opinion family will make a Baller go broke every time. That seems to be the case with Dallas Cowboys offensive linemen who is investigating where a million of his dollars went.
Smith signed a four-year, $12.5 million contract by the Cowboys back in 2011 and it has been hell for him ever since. Sources say, even after Smith has given his family large amounts of money, he’s still being hounded for more, even by his own mother. Sources say that Smith has also been harassed, tormented and forced out of his money. When reached by phone late Thursday, Frankie Pinkney, Smith’s mother, strongly denied that the family took any of Smith’s money without his authorization or harassed or threatened him in any way.
“I don’t know anything about any missing money,” Pinkney said. “The money that we did receive from Tyron was all accounted for and everything is in writing, and he’s authorized all of it.” Even Smith’s own siblings are not allowed to contact him on behalf of his parents. This stemming from a 911 call that was made after family members showed up at Smith’s North Dallas home and proceeded to “harass and torment” him “in the pursuit of collecting financial gain.”
Pinkney claims that the last incident was not financial motivated at that she feels hurt and betrayed by her son. She claims that her daughters just wanted to see their brother as they have not spoken since a recent disagreement.
What do I think? I think these fools made off with his one million dollars on top of the money he’s been giving them and a financial advisor told him to wisen up before it was too late. Family can be so dirty sometimes.
