Dallas Cowboys Come In As The No. 1 Most Valuable Sports Franchise

The well-known and popular NFL franchise, the Dallas Cowboys, has been named the most valuable sports team.

According to Sportico, the Dallas Cowboys has been named the most valuable at a total value of $7.64 billion. The findings come after “interviews with more than 30 bankers, lawyers, team executives, owners and consultants involved in the sport, as well as public documents,” according to Sportico, CBS News reports.

There are a total of 16 NFL teams. On average, an NFL team will have a worth of $4.1 billion.

Below the Dallas Cowboys is the Los Angeles Rams ($5.91 billion), the New England Patriots ($5.88 billion), the New York Giants ($5.73 billion) and the San Francisco 49ers ($5.18 billion) in fifth place. The Chicago Bears, the New York Jets and the Washington Commanders all come after the big five teams.
