Two-time pro-bowl quarterback, Dak Prescott, is teetering on signing a 105-million-dollar contract to stay with the Dallas Cowboys.Â
Per Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys’ proposal to Prescott includes $105 million guaranteed and would be worth $33 million per season.Â
The issue for pending free agents trying to negotiate contracts with their current teams is the collective bargaining agreement.Â
Watkins noted Cowboys officials discussed the contract with Prescott’s representatives twice since. This could be viewed as a positive sign for their negotiations, and Cowboys fans. Â
Dak, 26, is coming off the best season of his career after throwing for 4,902 yards and 30 touchdowns with a 65.1 completion percentage.
