As the legal battle between Dame Dash and his ex-wife, Rachel Roy, continues – over his alleged failure to pay child support, the hip-hop mogul is demanding more free time with their daughter.
In new court documents obtained by The Blast, Dash has asked a judge to adjust his current custody arrangement for his 11-year-old daughter, Tallulah, as he highlighted her desire to spend more time with him as well. In addition to that, Dash says his lifestyle has changed drastically since the initial deal, revealing his new work schedule allows him to spend more time at home.
As a result, Dash is demanding joint legal and physical custody of Tallulah. However, in an effort to plead his case, Dash has called into question Roy’s busy schedule as well as her actions at a Christmas party that occurred last year, in which he claimed she became “very intoxicated to the point she could not drive herself or our daughter” home.
Although Dash’s current wife was able to drive Roy and their daughter home, Dash says the incident left him concerned, and now he wants to adjust custody.
