DDG had to get a fan together on Saturday after the person accused him of trying to capitalize on his son, Halo.
Things unfolded when DDG shared an edited photo of Halo smiling with a complete set of veneers. The image is clearly edited, but one user didn’t find it funny. They wrote, “Stop using your son for fame, you weirdo.”
After this comment, which is a common talking point online, DDG decided to address it. According to the rapper, using the baby for clout is unrealistic since he is only a household name due to his parents.
“I never understood this narrative when my son can’t even talk yet. he’s “famous” rn because of his parents. if ur dad posted you when u were young, no one would care, lol,” he responded.

Since DDG and Halle Bailey unveiled their son Halo, many have slammed DDG for oversharing their child. The streamer frequently makes skits with Halo on TikTok and includes him in much of his other content. Halo even became a meme in September, making hilarious faces while on a kiddie ride with his father.
Additionally, DDG has been ridiculed since publicly declaring his split from Bailey last month. She has remained tightlipped about his announcement and frequent posting of their son.
