DDG is clearing the air after announcing his breakup with Halle Bailey.
Following backlash from fans about his relationship status, he took to a livestream on Monday to explain his situation and what’s next for him.
“I am not dating anyone,” he stated firmly. “I don’t have a potential girlfriend, nor do I even think about that,” he explained.
“I don’t plan on getting into another relationship unless it’s [with] Halle. That’s the only way.”
Since they already have a family together, he’s open to the idea of getting back together.
“I don’t want multiple baby mamas. I don’t want none of that. We’re taking a break, like I said. I’m [about to] pick my son up after this. Let me live my life.”
It seems like he’s quite defensive about the whole situation. So far, Halle hasn’t commented on the breakup at all.
