DDG is headed to court, urgently asking a judge to stop Halle Bailey from traveling internationally with their son, Halo, amid growing concerns over her mental health and their co-parenting disputes.
According to TMZ, DDG filed emergency documents this week to block Halle’s trip to Italy scheduled for Saturday. He argues the travel could harm their son emotionally and psychologically.
In the filing, DDG claims Halle is “not in a stable mental state to care for herself or Halo.” He recalls a troubling incident where she allegedly took his gun while pregnant and disappeared.
“He later found her outside holding the weapon,” the documents state. DDG also accuses Halle of “secretly trying to get an abortion” before ultimately changing her mind.
Two months after Halo’s birth, DDG says Halle sent him alarming texts suggesting self-harm and possible danger to their child. This follows past allegations from Bailey, who accused DDG of physical abuse. She claimed he “slammed her face into a steering wheel,” which chipped her tooth.
DDG denies the abuse claims. He counters with an account of Halle entering his vehicle unannounced to discuss custody.
”She became aggressive, hitting him from behind,” and hit her head during the altercation, he says. He also submitted a photo of a hand injury, alleging Halle caused it.
DDG is asking the court for sole custody or, at minimum, to prevent international travel and require third-party supervision during custody exchanges.
