Former Boston Celtics guard Delonte West is working at the drug rehabilitation center where he received treatment.
Last September, Dallas Maverick owner Mark Cuban picked West off the street after videos circulated on the internet of West panhandling on a highway in Dallas.
West has shown a lot of progress considering where he was a year ago.
Shams Charania from The Athletic tweeted the update on West.
“West now has a job at the Rebound therapy center in Florida, which is the rehab facility he attended,” Charania tweeted.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban reunited West with his mother in September and has stayed in close contact.

During his career, West played for the Bostin Celtics, Seattle SuperSonics, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Dallas Mavericks, where he averaged 9.7 points and 3.6 assists per game.
