Former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin charged with the murder of George Floyd has been found guilty on all charges.
Chauvin was charged with second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
The jury delivered the verdict after more than 10 hours of deliberation.
In May 2020, Chauvin was seen pinning George Floyd to the ground with his knee for more than nine minutes after police responded to a report that Floyd used a counterfeit $20 bill. The death of George Floyd sparked months-long international protests against police brutality and racial injustice.
