An ex-girlfriend has brought up some pretty damaging allegations against Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose. She’s accusing the star of drugging and gang raping her.
The woman, whose name has not been released, says she dated Rose from 2011 to 2013. She claims that while they dated Rose did things like pressure her to masturbate in front of him, have orgies and let him have sex with her friends. She says that she turned all of his requests down. They continued to date until August, when things got ugly.
According to the Jane Doe, Derrick Rose invited her to his Beverly Hills home where he was along with his friend Ryan Allen and his friend/manager Randall Hampton. When she got there she says someone slipped something in her drink with the intent to rape her. Fortunately she and a friend were able to make it out of the home.
Jane Doe says that later that night, however, Rose and his friends broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. She says that she only remembers flashes of the incident but does remember being raped by Rose and company.
Per the victim, shame and embarrassment caused her to wait 2 years before filing her complaint. She says that she feared what would happen if her “conservative” family found out. She is now suing for unspecified damages.
Derrick Rose had been dating his girlfriend Mieka Reese for a number of years before she gave birth to the couple’s son in 2012. During the duration of their relationship the two got engaged and later split in 2013. If he was with anyone else during that time period, they definitely weren’t “dating.” It will be interesting to see how this all pans out.
