Desiigner could potentially encounter further difficulties in his recent legal situation involving allegations of indecent exposure.
As per TMZ’s report, the rapper is facing the possibility of imprisonment. Allegedly, he acknowledged violating the conditions of his pretrial release. The documents acquired by the outlet revealed that Desiigner’s probation officer informed the court that the rapper confessed to consuming marijuana and subsequently neglected to appear for mandatory drug testing in July.
Furthermore, Desiigner reportedly has not verified his attendance at the obligatory counseling sessions, nor has he finalized the co-payment agreement for his drug testing. Additionally, he purportedly neglected to provide a P.O. Box address to the probation department. The probation officer is currently requesting the judge to consider whether Desiigner’s pretrial release should be revoked, although the judge’s decision is still pending.
As previously stated, Desiigner faced charges after exposing himself multiple times, including on a Delta flight. He reportedly received an FAA violation card after the incidents and relocated to the rear of the aircraft under the supervision of two fellow travelers. Upon landing, he was arrested and interviewed by the FBI. Being charged with indecent exposure on a plane is classified as a misdemeanor. The charge carries a penalty of up to 90 days in jail and a fine of $500.
Shortly following the incident, Desiigner decided to enter a mental health facility on his 26th birthday.
“I admitted myself into a facility last week to focus on my mental health,” he said. “I’m going through a tough time right now, but I won’t let my struggles define who I am. I will come back stronger and make more music that connects with all of you on a deeper level.”
