Did Kanye Give Kim K His Ex-Fiance’s Engagement Ring?

Ladies, how would you feel if your man proposed to you with the exact same ring he proposed to his ex-girlfriend with? Kim Kardashian may have to answer this question herself because it is being speculated that the 15 carat diamond ring may have been a hand me down from Kanye’s ex, Alexis Phifer.

Back in 2006, designer Lorraine Schwartz crafted a beautiful ring for Kanye and Alexis. Their relationship did not quite pan out but Kanye has once again found love. Just a few weeks ago Kanye proposed to Kim K with an elaborate stadium performance. He also gifted her with a Lorraine Schwartz designed ring. Although Schwartz admits that the $6 million dollar rock “came with a lot of love,” no one has out right asked her, are these ladies wearing the same ring? Check out the photo of Kim’s ring on the left and Alexis on the right.

The two rings are actually NOT the same though they are VERY similar. Kim’s ring is a little less traditional with prongs at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. Alexis’ ring has prongs in the corners of the stone, which we see more often.

The true shadiness of all of this is that although these rings are not the same, they are close enough to where I would take offense. Let us not forget those rumors of why Kim and Alexis broke up back in the day. Alexis and Kim used to be pretty good friends until she found out Kim was sending Kanye naked pics behind her back. Sounds a lot like what Amber Rose went through. Messy! Messy!
