Is the union between Jay Z and Kanye in trouble? Do you remember when Kanye West assured fans that his “The Life of Pablo” album would never ever be released on any other platform outside of TIDAL, and then it was offered on Spotify and Apple Music last week? That may have been an indicator of a bigger issue.
It seems that every year there is a new rumor that Kanye West has left his management situation over at Roc Nation, but despite those rumors, Kanye has always remained listed on the company’s website as a Roc Nation artist. Just last week, however, it was reported that Kanye enlisted Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, as his new manager. Now, as of the time of this posting on Monday, Kanye West is no longer listed on Roc Nation’s website as an artist. He’s not listed under management, or under the label. Still listed under Roc Nation’s imprint are artists J. Cole, Rihanna, Willow, Big Sean, Meek Mill, DJ Mustard and more.
