Diddy is contesting sexual assault and trafficking allegations from a recent lawsuit by Jane Doe, who claims she was “gang-raped” in 2003 at his Manhattan recording studio when she was 17.

According to the lawsuit filed in December, Diddy is accused of trafficking, providing drugs, and participating in the assault on the then 17-year-old, alongside defendants Harve Pierre and another unidentified individual.

Diddy said in court documents on Tuesday that he was not involved in any misconduct towards the plaintiff.

“[Diddy] never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to the plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever,” said the rapper’s 11-page response.

Additionally, he raised doubts about the lawsuit’s authenticity and timing, expressing concerns about defending himself due to the delayed filing after over two decades.

The “Plaintiff’s decision to wait more than two decades to file her complaint has prejudiced defendant, as he has lost the ability to defend himself fully and fairly in this action,” the 11-page response added.

“For example, some or all evidence that otherwise would have been available if the action had been promptly commenced may be unavailable, lost, or compromised.”

According to RadarOnline, Diddy’s legal team is looking to dismiss the lawsuit on constitutional grounds.

“Allowing this action to proceed violates the defendant’s rights under the U.S. Constitution and the New York State Constitution,” said his high-profile female lawyers, Bobbi C. Sternheim and Shawn Holley.

The Jane Doe accusing Diddy of gang rape is the fourth woman to file a lawsuit alleging sexual assault, consistent with similar claims by other women, including R&B singer Cassie Ventura.
