Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering case is approaching, and one employee is coming with very personal receipts.

According to court documents obtained by reporter Meghann Cuniff, a former staffer kept a journal that documented the mogul’s behavior. She is expected to take the stand.
“During the time that Employee-3 worked for the defendant, Employee-3 kept a personal diary in which she detailed the specific incidents of the defendant’s behavior toward herself and others,” the filing read.
This revelation surfaces as Diddy’s legal team fights to exclude certain evidence from the trial. Recently, they secured a small win when the judge agreed that several “uncharged” instances of sexual assault would not be presented. Still, one accuser will be allowed to testify about alleged abuse by Diddy. Additionally, Cassie is expected to take the stand under her real name.
Meanwhile, the Bad Boy founder’s lawyers continue pushing to suppress the explosive surveillance footage showing him assaulting Cassie. So far, the judge hasn’t agreed to remove the video from the record.
