Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes, a male escort who recently testified in Diddy’s ongoing sex trafficking trial, is speaking out publicly about his role in the disturbing allegations surrounding the Bad Boy mogul and singer Cassie Ventura. Hayes offered a heartfelt apology to the singer during a CNN interview, expressing remorse after reflecting on their encounters.

“I would apologize because I had no idea what she was going through. Obviously, my involvement kind of furthered her suffering,” Hayes said. “Me knowing that as a man, being raised by a single mom and a grandma, the thought of partaking in a scenario where a woman is possibly being abused is tough to hear…I would just apologize to her and tell her that I’m really remorseful and regret if I contributed to a bad experience for her.”
Hayes described his May 20th courtroom testimony as “terrifying” and revealed the anxiety he felt while entering the courtroom. He shared that he never spoke directly to Diddy or even made eye contact during their encounters. According to Hayes, Cassie arranged his participation, instructed him not to acknowledge Diddy, and paid him $2,000. He believed she was comfortable with the situation at the time.
Hayes testified about orchestrated sex rituals involving baby oil and cash, claiming Diddy entered the hotel room nude with a face-covering veil. Other high-profile witnesses include Cassie’s mother, Dawn Richard, hotel staff, sex workers, and Kid Cudi, who said his car was torched while dating Cassie.
Diddy faces multiple federal charges and remains in jail without bail. His trial continues through July.
