Diddy is facing another lawsuit, this time from a woman who claims she was trafficked as a teenager and forced into a sex party he hosted in Miami in 2020.
Filed Friday, the lawsuit alleges that when she was 15 years old, she was drugged and brought to a warehouse party organized by Diddy. The woman describes the event as a group sex gathering, where Diddy allegedly made a toast to start the night.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, she was taken to a curtained-off area with a bed, where she was forced to have sex with approximately 20 men. While she does not accuse Diddy of assaulting her directly, she claims she saw him in a nearby area having sex with another trafficked girl, who appeared to be 12 or 13 years old.
The lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, is the latest in a series of sexual misconduct and trafficking allegations against Diddy. Buzbee has now filed dozens of cases accusing the music mogul of sexual assault, trafficking, and enabling abuse.
Diddy’s legal team responded to the lawsuit, strongly denying the allegations, telling TMZ:
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The plaintiff says she was rescued two years later during a Virginia sting operation and is now seeking damages from Diddy, his companies, and multiple unnamed individuals.
