A new civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court accuses Diddy and several luxury hotels of participating in a disturbing scheme involving coerced sexual acts.
In court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Michael Ejiawoko alleges that in 2018, he was misled into believing he’d be engaging in consensual sex work with adult women. Instead, he claims the women were coerced while Diddy, under the alias “Mr. Star,” allegedly orchestrated and observed the acts at upscale hotels in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Named in the suit are The Palazzo, Wynn Las Vegas, and The London West Hollywood. Ejiawoko accuses hotel staff of facilitating Diddy’s activities.
“Hotel staff knowingly facilitated Mr. Combs’ illicit activities by reserving hotel rooms under aliases, including the name ‘Mr. Star,’ to shield Combs’ identity, granting access to private or secured areas to Combs and his JOHN DOE associates, escorting Ejiawoko and other participants in the encounters to and from rooms, cleaning and removing paraphernalia used in the encounters, including oils, substances, and drug-related items; e. Failing to report or investigate clear signs of illegal conduct,” said attorney Jonathan D. Evans.
Ejiawoko claims he was given oil believed to be drug-laced and alleges the encounters were secretly recorded without his consent.
The suit charges Diddy and the hotels with sexual battery, civil conspiracy, and violations of the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act. Ejiawoko is demanding over $500,000 in damages and a jury trial.
This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges Diddy is currently facing.
