Sean’ Diddy’ Combs is on a mission to empower Black entrepreneurs and help their businesses thrive.
The hip-hop icon and entrepreneur Thursday announced the launch of Empower Global (EG). This curated immersive e-commerce platform allows consumers to discover and buy products exclusively created and sold by Black entrepreneurs. This groundbreaking platform not only provides Black businesses with a broader audience reach, but also empowers consumers to support and shop from the finest Black-owned brands in beauty, fashion, art, and lifestyle.
“My mission has always been to empower Black entrepreneurs and create more opportunities for them to access the resources, tools and support needed to build successful businesses,” he said. “Empower Global will uplift Black entrepreneurs, keep dollars circulating in our community, and make buying Black a lifestyle.”
The initial launch of Empower Global introduces over 70 exceptional brands, including Silver & Riley, Actively Black, Scotch Porter, Coco & Breezy, Kultured Misfits, Gwen Beloti Jewelry, Buttah Skin, Marie Hunter Beauty, Pound Cake, B.M. Franklin & Co., Beauty Stat Cosmetics, Cecilia’s House, Cise, Cool Creative Clothing, June 79, Rebecca Allen, and numerous others. With a current selection of over 1000 items available on the platform, Empower Global plans to continuously introduce new Black businesses monthly. The objective is to gradually expand the site, aiming to showcase over 200 brands by the year’s end.

Empower Global has also joined forces with UPS to enhance accessibility and support for Black-owned businesses. This collaborative effort aims to provide consumers with an even more seamless shopping experience by introducing special deals and shipping rates.
As part of the innovative “Days of Deals” initiative, select sellers on the Empower Global platform will offer exclusive discounts on their premium products. Additionally, to further enhance customer convenience, any purchases made on the platform qualify for free UPS® shipping during this limited-time promotion.
