Diddy is reportedly preparing for a major return to the stage at Madison Square Garden, following a recent guilty verdict.
His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, revealed the music mogul’s plans during a conversation with CBS Mornings correspondent Jericka Duncan.
Although he was acquitted of the most serious charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, Diddy was found guilty of two counts of prostitution in July. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3rd, and he remains in custody after being denied bail once again this past Monday.
When asked whether Diddy had expressed interest in returning to music, Agnifilo responded that he has not specifically mentioned the studio.
“He said he was going to be back in Madison Square Garden, and I said I’ll be there,” the lawyer shared.
Duncan asked what Diddy intended to do at the venue. Agnifilo replied, “I guess being on stage, you know?” He added that Diddy is someone who always aims to take on something bold and demanding.
According to Agnifilo, Diddy’s focus extends beyond his career.
“He wants to get out of jail, reestablish a loving, present relationship with all of his seven children,” he said. “He wants to get back with his mother, and the people who love him and miss him.”
Despite the legal challenges, Diddy appears to be actively planning for the future. His goal to return to one of New York’s biggest stages suggests he has no intention of fading from public view.
