Dina Lohan, mother to actress Lindsay Lohan, has been seeing someone special for the past five years and she shared her excitement about their relationship with her Celebrity Big Brother housemates this week on the show. While she gushed about her long-distance boyfriend, her roommates tried to give her a dose of reality…no pun intended.
Lohan admitted that she’s in love with a man she’s been corresponding with for 5 years yet they never met or FaceTimed. According to Dina, they haven’t met yet because he lives in San Francisco, where he takes care of his mother and apparently, he doesn’t use FaceTime.
The 56-year-old told her housemates, “I can’t wait to tell you about this guy…I’ve been talking to him for five years. Like, every day. A lot. I feel like I know him.” She continued, “You know when you talk to someone on the phone, like you feel like you know them?” Lohan even stated she knows they will get married eventually stating, “It’s personal,” she said. “He’s real. I swear, it’s crazy. But I’m going to marry him. It’s really, really true. I talk to his ma!”
Of course, the others were highly skeptical about Dina’s alleged “boo” and expressed to her the possibility that she’s probably getting catfished. Fellow contestant, Tamar Braxton, even volunteered to go with Dina to San Fran to meet her boyfriend. To that, Dina stated, “It’s real! Some guys just don’t use iPhones!”
For Dina’s sake, let’s all hope her new man is everything he says he is and more. But we shall see!
