Disney has just released the trailer for the latest reboot of one of its classic movies and its time to address the elephant in the room.
”Dumbo” will get the film company’s live-action treatment next spring with an updated twist. The reboot of the 1941 Classic will star Colin Farrell, Danny DeVito, and Michael Keaton, alongside a digital flying baby elephant.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Farrell geeked about what the film embodies.
“Walking on set was jaw-dropping,” Farrell said. “Tim’s vision for this world and his honoring of not only the purity but the true strength and resilience of children was like nothing I have been a part of in film before.”
The 2019 version will focus on Farrell’s character who becomes Dumbo’s trainer after returning from war to take care of his family following the death of his wife.
“Dumbo Flies Again” is set to release in March 2019. Are you excited?
