DJ Envy reveals Irv Gotti owes him 10,000 from producing a track for Murder Inc. record label.
On Thursday, “The Breakfast Club” co-host shared some interesting information about the Murder Inc. boss. After comedian Jess Hilarious mentioned Master P owed her money from her role in “I Got The Hookup 2” film, Envy decided to share his experience with not getting his full compensation for his work.
“Irv Gotti did it to me. I’m not gonna sit here and lie. He definitely owe me $10,000. Definitely owe me $10,000,” he said. “I remember me and [DJ] Mono produced a record for Murda Inc. back in the day and I got my front end and I never got a back end. They were like, ‘Keep it moving.’ So I kept it moving.”
Although Eny did not specify which track he produced, he later told TMZ that he chose to split his earnings with DJ Mono.
As previously mentioned, Jess Hilarious called out Master P for owing her $15,000 for appearing in his movie, ‘I Got The Hookup 2.’ Master P quickly addressed Jess’s claims and said her allegations were “fake news.”
“For the cowards hiding behind their computers enforcing fake news, I do have @jesshilarious_official contract from 5 years ago for I Got The Hook Up 2 and the copy of the check that was cashed and paid,” Master P wrote. “She was joking about a second check that was never in her contract. That’s the narrative they ran with for clickbait and fake headlines. Thank God for receipts!”
Jess later responded to Master P saying, “Now he playing with me. It was never like a second check. It was money paid upfront and then it was supposed to have been another $15,000. I didn’t get the other half of my money.”
