DJ Funk Flex is speaking out about the recent allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, emphasizing the need for caution and due process. In a recent social media video, the veteran DJ, who has known Diddy for years, shared his thoughts on the situation, acknowledging the seriousness of the claims while urging people not to jump to conclusions.
“This Puff thing, well, y’all call him Diddy. I call him Puff because I’ve known him a long time,” Funk Flex began, making it clear that he’s had a long history with the hip-hop mogul. “Now listen, I’ve been to a Puff daddy party. I ain’t never seen nothing strange, but I got a daughter. I know there’s a lot of people out there with daughters.” He expressed his concern over the accusations, which he described as “alarming.”
Despite his personal connection, Funk Flex was careful not to take a side, acknowledging the ongoing legal process. “He’s not innocent and he’s not guilty yet. And there’s going to be a trial. And if he’s guilty, he should be punished. And if he’s innocent, he should walk free,” he said, stressing the importance of letting the justice system take its course before passing judgment.
Flex also mentioned his thoughts on the nature of the allegations, stating, “This whole Nobel thing, it’s a little weird.” While he didn’t go into specifics, his remarks reflect the uncertainty and confusion surrounding the situation. “Like I said, I don’t know if he’s innocent. I don’t know if he’s guilty. None of us know as we’re going to get to the bottom of this. I’m not weighing in yet,” he added, making it clear that he’s reserving judgment until all the facts come out.
The DJ concluded by encouraging an open discussion about the situation without rushing to conclusions. “Let’s talk about the situation. I want to know what people think or whatever, whatever. Woof,” he said, opening the floor for dialogue.
The hip-hop community and fans alike are waiting to see how this will play out in the coming months.
