Baller Alert Entertainment & Lifestyle DMX has unfortunately found himself on the wrong side of the law once again.
X, who was literally just released from jail in September, was popped once again on Tuesday on a warrant for a July court date. DMX was ordered to pay his ex-wife Tashera Simmons, child support for their 4 children and he has failed to do so. When he appeared in court on Tuesday afternoon, DMX begged the judge to let him out of jail so that he could perform his scheduled gigs, earn money, and obviously pay his child support. The judge agreed with DMX’s wishes and released him out without bail.
DMX is due back in court in November. Considering he has fifty-leven children, child support issues are going to haunt him for quite sometime.
