Days after a judge sentenced DMX to one year in prison for tax evasion, the rapper was slapped with even more bad news in regards to his case.
According to TMZ, X will have to cough up more than $2.3 million in restitution, upon his supervised release. However, the judge will allow the rapper two months until his payments behind, which will be split into installments of 10% of his gross monthly income.
Until then, the judge has recommended the rapper be sent to the Danbury Federal Correctional Facility, the prison that inspired Netflix’s “Orange Is The New Black.”
According to Complex, X will also be obligated to complete an outpatient drug and mental health program once his year in the big house is up.
