DMX Sent Back To Jail For Violating Probation; Tested Positive For Opiates, Cocaine, and Oxycodone

DMX is heading back to the big house for violating his probation in his tax evasion case.

According to the TMZ, the rapper was taken into custody on Tuesday after he tested positive for opiates, cocaine, and oxycodone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Initially, X let off the hook in his tax evasion case and given the opportunity to check into rehab while he was out on bail. He was also allowed to travel for work, but in the wake of his recent violation, a judge ruled him as a flight risk and threw him in jail.

“I’m saddened and disappointed. We’ll have to deal with it accordingly,” X’s attorney told the publication, adding that he’s trying to get the rapper back into rehab before his March sentencing.
