Dolly Parton fans and ice cream lovers are rejoicing as her collaboration with Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams has returned.
Jeni’s announced the return of Strawberry Pretzel Pie on Friday to commemorate the release of Parton’s new book, “Run Rose, Run.” The unique flavor is a blend of cream cheese ice cream, salty pretzel bits, and strawberry sauce.
As an added perk, fans can now pre-order the ice cream as well as an exclusive digital version of Parton’s upcoming album, also titled “Run, Rose, Run.” The digital album will be released on March 4th, and customers can expect their Strawberry Pretzel Pie in April.
Proceeds from the ice cream will benefit Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, which gives free books to children from birth until they reach age five to encourage more reading. Since being founded in 1995, the nonprofit has donated over 173 million books.
