It has been confirmed that the emergency protection order filed against Rajon Rondo last month has been dismissed.
According to court records, a judge dismissed the petition on June 16.
The decision was allegedly made after Rondo and his accuser, Ashley Bachelor, “reached an agreement.”
As previously reported, Bachelor filed an emergency protection order on May 13 after Rondo pulled a gun out after she interrupted a video gaming session between him and their son last month.
According to court filings, Rondo allegedly damaged several items around the house and told Bachelor, “You’re dead,” before fleeing the home.
According to Bachelor, Rondo later returned with a gun, frightening her and their children.
A judge later granted Bachelor protection, and Rondo was ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from her and their children.
