Don Toliver was arrested for suspected DUI this week, but surprisingly, he wasn’t taken to jail by the police.
On Tuesday, he was pulled over for allegedly speeding in the San Fernando Valley, as the California Highway Patrol reported.
Despite police reportedly observing signs of impairment, Toliver was not taken to jail. Instead, he was cited for suspected DUI and released immediately.
According to TMZ, Toliver was released into the custody of an unnamed sober individual who was with him and he allegedly remained cooperative throughout the entire ordeal.
