It seems like every day there’s someone new at odd’s with Donald Trump. This time, it’s Donnie’s former chauffeur.
According to the New York Post, the man is suing the Trump organization for a number of personal violations over the last decade. Noel Cintron says he was stiffed on overtime pay, had his health care benefits completely diminished and was denied a raise for over a decade.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“In an utterly callous display of unwarranted privilege and entitlement and without even a minimal sense of noblesse oblige President Donald Trump has … exploited and denied significant wages to his own longstanding personal driver,” Cintron said according to Manhattan court documents. ]
Clinton, who was employed by Trump for over 20 years, served in his position until the Secret Service took over. According to legal documents, Cintron worked thousands of hours without receiving the overtime pay he was owed. Trump also allegedly didn’t raise the pay of Cintron in over 12 years and cut his entire healthcare plan.
According to the Post, Cintron would work up to 55 hours per week for Trump, starting at 7 am each day. Citron’s duties would reportedly last up until no one from Trump’s camp needed him. Cintron is seeking $178,200 in overtime pay plus $5,000 in penalties under the New York’s Labor Law.

“It’s a disgrace that Trump’s longtime faithful employee is being exploited and denied his fair wages, however, this type of conduct is shameful for someone who claims to represent the working people of our great nation,” said Cintron’s attorney, Larry Hutcher.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Trump’s organization released the following statement regarding the claims:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Mr. Cintron was at all times paid generously and in accordance with the law. Once the facts come out we expect to be fully vindicated in court.”
