Back in June, retired NFL quarterback, Donovan McNabb was arrested for a DUI in Phoenix. Cops say his blood alcohol reading was a .17, more than double the legal limit and a bottle of alcohol was found in his trunk. McNabb plead guilty to the non-extreme DUI and has now been sentenced to 18 days in an Arizona jail with work release. He will serve the remainder of his 90 day sentence on house arrest.
Here’s how McNabb’s entire sentence breaks down:
– 18 days in county jail
– 72 days on house arrest
– 30 hours of community service
– Counseling after house arrest
– Unsupervised probation until he completes the sentence
– $6,342.23 fine
McNabb is due to report to jail November 30.
