Ballerific Health: Don’t Let Depression Make You Lose Sight of You

Depression is killing a lot of our young people both physically and mentally. Just ask @Bleufoxstyle who recently snapped out of it just in time to save herself and help others.

“Last year I became depressed due to a lost in my family and like many people, I turned to food. I gained over 60 lbs in the course of a few months and I literally didn’t want to go anywhere. I stayed in the house all the time because I hated how I looked. The only thing that helped me come out of my depression was God. I prayed & read the Bible everyday and He helped me overcome depression.

I began working out and eating right and loved the results so I just kept going. Now fast forward to day, I’ve lost 50 lbs in 4 1/2 months & I’m a certified nutritionist helping people lose weight. I have such a passion for it because I know first hand how hard it is to lose weight and how many people struggle with food and weight. I provide nutrition plans to help people lose 3-7 lbs a week of fat and I truly love how I’m able to help and inspire people now through my story.”
