On Monday, Drake became the first artist in history to have three songs debut in the Top 3 of the Billboard Hot 100 for Scary Hours 2.
“What’s Next,” topping the charts at number one, even predicts making it to “numero uno” on the “hot one hundo.” “Wants and Needs,” featuring Lil Baby, comes in at number two, and the Rick Ross assisted “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” rounds out number three.
According to Billboard, “What’s Next” is Drake’s number eight Hot 100 entry. The three songs bring his top ten total up to 45. The Canadian rapper joins the Beatles and Ariana Grande as the only artists to have songs rank one, two, and three simultaneously on the charts.
“Next” is also Drake’s fourth song to debut at number one. Only Ariana has more, with five number one debuts.
“What’s Next” racked up 49.1 million streams in a single week, and “Wants and Needs” wasn’t too far behind at 41.5 million.
