The ongoing feud between Drake and Rick Ross continues to stir up the rap community, showing no signs of cooling down.
Here’s the rundown: A few weeks ago, Future and Metro Boomin released their album “We Don’t Trust You,” featuring a track with Kendrick Lamar that seemingly threw shade at Drake and J. Cole. Soon after, a new song by Drake titled “Push Ups” leaked online, escalating tensions as fans speculated that the Toronto native took shots at Kendrick Lamar, Metro Boomin, The Weeknd, and Rick Ross.
Hours after “Push Ups” surfaced on social media, Ross responded with his own track, “Champagne Dreams.” While Ross didn’t mention Drake directly, he included an audio clip from a past interview where Drake praises him. In the song, Ross referred to someone as “white boy,” which fans took as a jab at Drake. He also suggested that Drake may have leaked “Push Ups” to generate online buzz and accused him of getting a nose job to appear more European.
Drake quickly addressed these claims by posting a screenshot on his Instagram Stories of a text message exchange with his mother, who asked about the nose job rumors.
In his post, Drake tagged Ross, writing, “You’re one nosey goof.” He didn’t stop there; he also suggested that Ross was acting “loopy off the Mounjaro,” an antidiabetic medication that aids in weight loss, claiming that Ross’s periods without food had made him “angry and racist,” intensifying the feud.
Ross, not to be outdone, engaged in some trolling of his own. He posted a photo of Drake on his Instagram Stories, tagging him with the caption, “Who nose?” and playfully nicknamed him “BBL Drizzy,” alluding to alleged cosmetic procedures. This rap beef, packed with personal jabs and public call-outs, shows no signs of ending anytime soon.
