Drake has reached a settlement with iHeartMedia over his legal dispute regarding Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us,” according to court records.

The conflict began in November 2024 when Drizzy filed a petition in Bexar County, Texas, claiming iHeartMedia had received illicit payments from Universal Music Group (UMG) to boost the track’s radio airplay. UMG, which represents both Drake and Lamar, is at the heart of the allegations. Drake’s petition aimed to secure depositions from representatives of both companies.

In a court filing Thursday, Drake’s legal team confirmed that the dispute with iHeartMedia had been resolved amicably, though they offered no further details.

“We are pleased that the parties were able to reach a settlement satisfactory to both sides, and have no further comment on this matter,” the statement read.

The company declined to comment when contacted via email. Meanwhile, the legal battle against UMG remains ongoing. A hearing was set for Wednesday to address UMG’s motion to dismiss the petition.

Drake’s legal claims allege that UMG engaged in “irregular and inappropriate business practices” to secure radio play for “Not Like Us.” He also accuses the song’s content and accompanying artwork of falsely implicating him in criminal activities, including accusations of pedophilia.

Drake’s defamation lawsuit against UMG is still active, with a hearing scheduled in New York. Despite the ongoing legal fight, Lamar, who recently performed at the Super Bowl halftime show, has not been named in the suit.
