According to sources, Basketball Wives LA star, Draya Michele, took money to appear at a gay club but ditched them last minute. You may recall us posting a #commentcreepin post last week about this, where Draya’s LGBT fans were letting her have it for being a no-show. Well, allegedly here’s why.
Draya was paid to appear at Penthouse Nightclub in West Hollywood but When she arrived she looked at the crowd and said she didn’t want to waste her time with “f-gs” and “d-kes” and left. WOW! I mean, this isn’t a stretch considering what the acronym for “Fine Ass Girls” is…. Anyway, Draya says that what the owner is saying is not true, and that she fell ill that night and texted the owner that she was sick. Problem is, this contradicts the Instagram post she put up that night saying that she was getting dressed and ready to party. Our sources also tell a bit of a different story from Draya’s, saying that she DID text the owner, but the text said that she was TIRED and not that she was sick.
Needless to say several fans in the LGBT community were NOT happy about Draya’s failure to appear and they took to Instagram to express it.
The club owner plans to sue Draya for their $2.5K deposit and more, citing that upset fans were disappointed by the no-show and left the club.
