NBA player Draymond Green will face disciplinary actions following a physical altercation with Jordan Poole.
According to sources, Green and Poole shoved each other during the Golden State Warrior’s practice on Wednesday, but it’s unclear what started the alleged altercation.
Green allegedly “forcibly struck” his teammate first, and it is said that the situation got worse. The players were “separated swiftly” after interrupting the practice.
Although the team’s management tried to defuse the tension in the locker room, they felt that “a line was crossed” and that “internal discipline is imminent.”
No documented injuries relating to the purported incident have been made public.
Green has had disagreements with teammates before. A bench fight with Kevin Durant in 2018 resulted in Green being suspended from one game.
