Just five months after Tisha Campbell-Martin filed for divorce from her husband, Duane Martin, after 21 years of marriage, Martin is asking for one more thing as he makes his way out the door: a check.
In court documents obtained by The Blast, Martin is asking the court to grant him spousal support in the wake of their split.

Martin’s request comes after Tisha made a similar request in the initial filing. Though she asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two children, she also asked for Martin to pay her spousal support.

She has also accused him of hiding and misappropriating money, however, Martin said the allegations are “patently false.”

In the meantime, as the two duke it out over the details of their divorce, both are still facing sanctions for allegedly hiding $50k from the trustee in their bankruptcy
