Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Admits To Regularly Peeing Into Water Bottles While Working Out

Now, some people do have pretty gross workout habits, but Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson probably takes the cake on this one. The actor recently revealed that he pees inside water bottles during workouts.

Johnson’s urination regime became the topic of discussion because of an Instagram post he made in 2017. Dwayne accidentally mentioned his “big bottle of pee” in a video he made while working out. Many people had questions about the post, but Dwayne is just now speaking on the topic. This week, he sat down for an interview with Esquire, where he confirmed the allegations but wanted to explain.

The Rock makes it very clear that he does not have just one bottle that he solely pees in. Instead, he just uses an empty water bottle. “It’s not a water bottle that I’ve actually purchased solely for water that you wash and you clean when you’re done using it,” the former wrestler says.

Many people would just go to the restroom if they felt the urge; however, the gyms that Dwayne typically attends do not have bathrooms. “These are just bottles that I’m done using, and usually the gyms that I work out in don’t have a bathroom…It’s just hot, sweaty, and dirty,” he says.

Since Johnson tries to stay pretty hydrated, he frequently fills up the water bottles a few times. Dwayne also speaks on working out with his friend Kevin Hart.
