Dwyane Wade Weighs in on LeBron’s Post-Game Rant: “Thank God [LeBron] Finally Said Something”

Wade

Earlier today, we reported that #LeBronJames went off on #CharlesBarkley for the retired baller’s comments on him and his legacy. Since then, friends and fans of the #Cleveland star have applauded James for finally defending himself.

James, who has been in the spotlight since the age of 17, has never been one to respond to the naysayers. However, after initially brushing off Barkley’s comments, James decided to fire back. In turn, friend and former teammate, #DwyaneWade commended James for his actions and backed him on everything he said about the Hall of Famer.

“Thank God [LeBron] finally said something,” Wade told the Chicago Tribune.
“LeBron, a lot of guys take a lot of shots at him, for whatever reason…. He’s just kept his mouth closed and you know continued to focus on what he need to. But it’s about time he said something,” Wade said. “When you got a history, you need to be a little careful with what you say.”
“I’m glad LJ finally said something and stood up for himself,” Wade continued. “He said there’s a new sheriff in town so I’m excited to see what’s next.”
